This website, useveyra.fun, is operated by Veyra (“we”, “us”), the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@useveyra.fun.
What we collect

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not sell personal data. Fonts are served from our own domain.
In the app
- Your strategies, paper portfolios and limits are saved only in your browser’s local storage, because you asked the app to keep them. We never receive them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
- Wallet address. If you connect a wallet, your browser sends its address directly to Robinhood Chain’s public network endpoint to read balances and to quote and simulate orders. Veyra’s servers don’t receive or store it, and disconnecting forgets it.
- Real orders. Transactions you sign are sent by your wallet to Robinhood Chain. Like every blockchain transaction they are public and permanent, and linked to your wallet address. Veyra’s servers don’t receive them. The order log, including the eligibility statements you confirm, is kept only in your browser.
- Market data reaches the app through our servers from public sources (the issuer’s token registry and price service, and Robinhood Chain). No personal data is sent with these requests.
- The agent, where it is switched on: the goal you type and your guardrail settings are sent through our servers to Anthropic (Claude API) to draft a strategy. Anthropic acts as our processor, keeps API data only for a limited period under its commercial terms and does not use it to train models. Our logs record the draft (template and weights), not your text. Don’t include personal details in the goal. Drafts are kept in your browser’s audit log.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and keeps short-lived technical logs.
- Namecheap, Inc. forwards email sent to our address.
- Google LLC (Gmail) stores the email we receive.
- Anthropic PBC runs the language model behind the agent, where the agent is switched on.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Update requests: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Technical logs: according to our host’s retention, typically a few days to a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email from us or by writing to support@useveyra.fun; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — or with the authority where you live or work.
Children
Veyra is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell people who asked us for updates by email.
